Returns
At Aktachem, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund (excluding shipping costs and gift wrapping where applicable). Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please include your order number, name, product details, and the reason for the return.

Handling Delays in Returns
We will process returns received within 30 days from the date of purchase. If products are delayed due to postal issues or other reasons, we will address these on a case-by-case basis.

Cash-on-Delivery Orders Refund Process

Shipping Charges for Returns
We do not reimburse customers for the postage expenses incurred when returning items.
Replacement Guarantee
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund (excluding delivery charges and gift wrapping, if applicable). Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. In some cases, a replacement will be sent as soon as we receive the returned product. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Partial Returns
If you’ve ordered multiple items, you may return part of your order. However, shipping charges for returns will be the customer’s responsibility, and returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.

Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an unused product, please notify us within 30 days of the original purchase. The item must reach our warehouse within the same 30-day period. Shipping charges for exchanges are to be covered by the customer, and the replacement will reach you within 5-7 working days after dispatch.
